The use of the website Change-Mon-Ip.com or products or services offered by the company E-Security SA is subject to these Terms of Use. These conditions may be changed at any time without notice by publishing updates on this page. Use of services Change-Mon-Ip.com implies acceptance by the user of these Terms, including any modifications that may be made. It is strictly forbidden for users to perform any activity that could compromise the business capacity of Exchange-Mon-Ip.com (E-Security SA).

Prohibited activities:

Change-Mon-Ip.com don't tolerate the use of its services to perform scams, fraud, theft, denial of service attacks, spam, transmission of child pornography, malware distribution, identity theft, extortion, blackmail, threats and generally any other activity that may violate any applicable laws in Belize. Misuse resulting in an excessive burden on our infrastructure is also prohibited.

Warning:

By accepting these terms, you are responsible for all activities performed using our services. If you perform any activity deemed illegal by a competent authority, we are in no way responsible and you accept these conditions you release us from liability.

Refunds:

While our goal is to provide quality service and satisfy our customers, if for any reason you want to get a refund, your claim must meet the following requirements:

    * You must not have generated more than 1 GB of traffic on the date of recruitment / renewal function.
    * You cannot request a refund, if you paid your product more than 3 days ago.
    * Your account must be current with respect to all amounts due and proper to any suspicious activity. At our discretion, in exceptional circumstances (eg, technical difficulties within our infrastructure), we can partially refund affected customers. This is not guaranteed and evaluated on a case by case basis.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your product at any time through your Customer Area. If you do not use it throughout your subscription period, you will only receive a refund in the event of meeting the conditions set forth in the preceding paragraph for that period.
